軟件功能

LCR多路測試軟件

1.掃描、比較器

針對各個通道設(shè)置測試條件(量程、頻率、比較器等)

可選定某個通道的ON與OFF

可循環(huán)進(jìn)行掃描測試

同時可在本地保存測試條件

2.OPEN&SHORT補償

可對應(yīng)各通道的開短路補償

如若利用 LCR 的設(shè)置切換功能則需要較長的切換時間，在軟件內(nèi)進(jìn)行開短路補償計算，可維持高速的掃描時間

3.數(shù)據(jù)保存

掃描的數(shù)據(jù)可根據(jù)通道進(jìn)行保存
