導通電阻測試系統由華測儀器生產制造，可在低高溫交替的溫度循環環境中，采用4端子測試法，對焊點、連接器接點等導體連接部位開展多通道高準度微小電阻連續監測，以此評估電子裝配工藝的規范性及材料本身的連接可靠性。配套操作軟件可實現測量過程的自動化運行，實時采集并記錄各項測試數據，通過圖表直觀呈現微小電阻的動態變化趨勢及試驗箱的溫度波動情況，同時支持通過LAN接口進行遠程數據處理，助力用戶完成連接可靠性的在線評估與分析
