TSDC熱刺激電流測試系統(tǒng)由華測儀器開發(fā)，采用平行板電極法測量原理，支持測試電壓上限10kV，通過冷熱臺的方式進(jìn)行加溫與制冷，測量使用低噪聲線纜，減少測試導(dǎo)線的影響誤差，電極加熱采用直流電極加熱方式，減少電網(wǎng)諧波對測量儀表的干擾
