溫度范圍-40℃~150℃，溫度穩定性 ±0.1℃，升降溫速率 0~30℃/min 可調，支持程序段控溫，毫秒級電流響應，滿足梯度升降溫、恒溫保持等復雜溫度曲線要求。
光學兼容性強
開放式光路無遮擋，反射/ 透射光路可選配，窗口材質可按 UV、VIS、IR 觀測波段定制，適配拉曼光譜、熒光光譜、紅外光譜、顯微成像等光學測試場景。透射光路直徑 Φ2mm，上視窗 Φ25mm，下視窗 Φ10mm，載樣臺到視窗上表面距離 8mm，便于顯微鏡聚焦。
適配性廣
樣品臺尺寸40mm×40mm，樣品高度 3.5mm，兼容固體、薄膜、粉末等多種樣品。腔室可配置真空、氣氛保護或大氣環境。外形小巧 300mm×162mm×36mm，凈重 1.6kg，可與各類顯微鏡、光譜儀直接聯用，可定制安裝接口。
